  • If you are unable to repair your scooter yourself, the best bet is to find a local repair shop (bike, moped, etc.). Again, Freely will cover the parts you will be responsible for labor costs incurred.

We do not cover repairs if you crash or wreck your unit. But, we will help you find a repair shop with our Freely Network of repair partners. 

Freely does not cover normal wear and tear of any parts as well as damage or defects caused by negligence. Examples include improper assembly, accidents, water damage, and improper storage.
